Unvaccinated 12 year old

Hi, my daughter just turned 12 and is not yet vaccinated since kids in Sweden does not get vaccinated until the year they are 12. If I interpret the rules she will not be able to get a ski pass and use the lifts. Am I right?

Entry into Italy from European countries
Entry into Italy from one of the countries on List C (Schengen area) is allowed by presenting the following documents:

Passenger Locator Form (PLF) in digital format;
Vaccination certificate (validity 9 months), certificate of recovery (validity 3 months) or a negative test result, either with a PCR test (validity 72h) or an antigenic test (48h). Then the 3G rule applies again upon entry.
Rules for children
Children under age 6 do not need an antigen or PCR test at entry. They are exempt from mandatory testing and vaccinations.
Unvaccinated children under the age of 18 must have an antigen or PCR test upon entry into Italy. If a post-entry quarantine is also required, they do not have to do it if they enter accompanied by parents who have been vaccinated.
The Green Pass requirement in Italy is only applicable from age 12, however, for entry of unvaccinated or unscreened children, children ages 6-18 MUST have a PCR or antigen test.
Important General Information
The vaccination cycle must have been completed for at least 14 days at the time of entry.

You may still submit a printed confirmation of a negative test, certificate of cure or vaccination.

If you cannot present the EU COVID digital certificate (Green Passport) or printed confirmations (healed, vaccinated or tested) upon entry, entry is still possible if you go directly into quarantine for 5 days and inform the responsible health company. At the end of the 5 days, a negative test must be done to end the quarantine.
