MITIBLUM 2023:
June is a magical month in Val Gardena, nature awakens in a triumph of colours and scents. The clear, sunny days allow the soul and heart to be infused with the energy of the Dolomites.
To fully enjoy this unique experience, the MitiBlum 2023 event has been created. The event will take place from 2 to 4 June 2023 and opens the dances to the warm season. Two days dedicated to returning to the origins and well-being in nature. As part of the MitiBlum event, your guests can participate in open activities led by renowned trainers. They will discover the magic of gong baths on the shores of secret lakes, barefoot yoga rituals and exercises in the forest and mindful climbing in the face of breathtaking views. For the little ones there is the opportunity to participate in Yoga Bimbi.
