On 8 March 2024, on the occasion of International Women's Day, there will be the second edition of our Dolomites Dirndl Ski Day, a unique event in which part of the proceeds will be donated to the 'Women Help Women' Association.
We are celebrating and celebrating this day with a beautiful sporting event: a women's parallel slalom, in which all participants will wear a 'dirndl' and compete on the Sanon slope at Alpe di Siusi. This year's Dolomites Dirndl Ski Day will take place at the Baita Sanon, where the meeting point will be at 10:00 am. The race - an easy parallel slalom with a dice roll in the finish area - will start at 11:00. At the meeting point, there will be an aperitif with finger food and musical entertainment by DJ Simon.
At 13:00 there will be a concert by the local group 'sun│sëida' and at 14:30 the prize-giving ceremony.
Only and exclusively women in teams of 2 (friends, sisters, mother/daughter, etc.) aged between 18 and 99 can participate.
Registration is € 60.00 (for 2 persons, including a beautiful race package and an aperitif at Baita Sanon).
Charity Teams may also participate, paying a contribution of € 150.00 per team (place insured).
Maximum number of participants: 50 teams (100 women).
€ 20.00 of the ordinary participation fee as well as the entire participation fee of the Charity Teams will be donated to the foundation "Women Help Women", an organisation in South Tyrol that provides assistance to women seeking help, guiding them towards forms of self-help, while respecting discretion. and abnegation.
