International Yoga Day - 21 June 2025:
On Saturday, 21 June 2025, there will be a yoga morning on the Seiser Alm (terrace of the mountain restaurant) from 10:30 am to approx. 12:00 pm to mark International Yoga Day. The Indian yoga master Rakesh Nanda is the 1st yoga teacher in South Tyrol and has been teaching yoga and prana therapy for over 40 years.
