New regulations for the Seceda ascent – Summer 2026
Below you will find some important information regarding the new access arrangements for the Seceda S.p.a. lifts for the 2026 summer season. Please take note of this information and ensure your guests are informed in advance.
The ascent to Seceda via the Seceda S.p.A. lifts, which will open on 22 May 2026, can be booked online at www.seceda.it and will be organised into fixed 30-minute time slots.
Key updates at a glance:
• altoadigemobilità Pass:
35\% discount upon presentation of a valid altoadigemobilità Pass + ID. Currently, tickets can only be purchased at the ticket office (no online booking). Access is always guaranteed, but waiting times may occur.
• Val Gardena Guest Pass (guests of Val Gardena):
Tickets can be purchased both online and at the ticket office. To ensure availability of your preferred time slot, we recommend purchasing your ticket in advance online.
In addition, there is a 5\% early booking discount(*) and you avoid any waiting times. Alternatively, tickets can be purchased directly at the cable car ticket office.
Please note: if your preferred time slot is already fully booked, you will need to select the next available slot.
• Gardena Card:
Gardena Card holders must book their preferred time slot in advance. Bookings can be made directly at the cable car ticket office or online via the website www.seceda.it, by selecting the time and entering the card number (the system will be available in the coming weeks). The number is shown on the Gardena Card or in the online purchase confirmation.
• Dolomiti Super Summer Card:
Not valid for the Seceda lifts or the Fermeda chairlift.
Further information:
• A new feature is currently being developed that will allow guests holding the Val Gardena Guest Pass to benefit from discounts when booking online by entering their card number. Implementation is scheduled for the summer season and you will be informed accordingly once the service is active.
• Due to limited parking availability in Ortisei, we strongly recommend using public transport.
• From 5 July 2026, a bus service will run every 8 minutes between Selva di Val Gardena and Ortisei.
• (*) The early booking discount is valid exclusively for tickets purchased online up to 7 days before the date of use.
• Discounts cannot be combined.
• Purchased tickets are neither refundable nor changeable and are valid only for the selected time slot.
