I can’t see which numbers to use from my online receipt to book the reservation. The numbers under the QR code don’t work.

Booking seceda with gardena card:
The numbers under the QR code fail because Seceda's booking system requires specific identifiers, not the full barcode sequence.
Enter the first 9 digits only of the ticket/confirmation number printed on your online purchase receipt. Do not include the remaining numbers, dashes, or letters.
Alternate Options if the 9 Digits Fail
* Physical Card Serial Number: If you have picked up or exchanged your pass for the physical Gardena Card, enter the Serial Number printed directly on the physical card (not the receipt).
* 3-Day Booking Window Limit: The Seceda system only permits Gardena Card time slot reservations starting 3 days before your planned date of ascent. Attempting to book earlier will cause an error or reject the code.
* Book at the Ticket Office: Gardena Card holders can reserve time slots directly at the Seceda Cableway ticket office in Ortisei on the day of travel.

2. Select Your Time Slot

Choose your desired ascent date and 30-minute time slot. Ensure your date falls within the next 3 days.
