Covid Testingin Val gardena

I'm arriving in Val gardena from the UK and travelling via Innsbruck on the 12th December I need to have a covid test either 72hr before I leave the UK or on arrival Ortisei and remain in Isolation until I get the result. How long does the result take because I'm only staying for 5 days
