Return to US - 24 Hour Covid Test Requirement

We will be staying in Ortisei and need a test on a Sunday for Monday departure from Milan to US. The US now requires 24 hour advance negative covid test. Are there places to get a rapid covid test in Ortisei/Val Gardena on a Sunday?
