Seceda Card

I have purchased two Gardena Cards, 679-208735 45995 and 679-208734 45995 and wish to make a booking on the Seceda cable car. When attempting to book, the ticket number is not recognized as a card number and I cannot proceed with the purchase. Are you able to tell me if there is another number for the cards that does not show on our PDF?
