UNIKA 2026 - Art that shapes Val Gardena
From 10 to 13 September 2026, Ortisei will once again be dedicated to art as the UNIKA Art Fair returns for its 32nd edition, inviting visitors to discover the distinctive connection between tradition, craftsmanship and contemporary creativity in Val Gardena.
At the Tennis Center in Ortisei/Roncadizza, 29 artists will present around 200 selected works. Every day from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, visitors can explore a varied exhibition featuring sculpture, painting, artistic woodturning and photography, offering an up-close insight into the remarkable creative diversity of Val Gardena.
In 2026, the art fair will take place within a particularly meaningful setting. As part of the new "Enes dl'Ert" initiative, UNIKA will for the first time become part of a collaborative project bringing together artists' associations and various organisations from across Val Gardena. At its heart lies what has defined the valley for generations: exceptional craftsmanship, creative expression and a deeply rooted artistic tradition that continues to evolve.
The year's edition will officially open with the vernissage on Wednesday, 9 September 2026, from 7:00 pm.
Another special experience awaits visitors during the UNIKA's LONG Nights on Thursday, 10 September 2026, and Saturday, 12 September 2026, from 8:00 pm. Under the motto "Prameisa" with Carolina Moroder, the evening atmosphere combines with art and culture to create a particularly memorable experience.
